WEEK 8: REFLECTIONS ON THE LECTURES AND SEMINAR
WEEK 8-
LECTURE:
This weeks lecture was on Business Models in the Digital World. This lecture dealt with how organisations and information technology influence one another. We look at the different organisational structures and how information systems impacts decision making, support business processes, enable organisational strategy and competitive advantage.
SEMINAR:
This weeks seminar is on using Pivot Tables in Excel to present information in a report format. We did an exercise containing school marks for two students and presenting the result in a report format.
GROUP WORK:
This week we started collating our group work into a PowerPoint presentation. We worked as a team in this weeks seminar session to progress on the presentation collection.
